Rising Star Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, AI Video Editing, and Business Consultancy. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services

We offer SEO, Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok), Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Development, Branding & Strategy, AI Video Editing, and Performance Marketing. All services are subject to agreed proposals or contracts confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Respond in a timely manner for approvals and feedback
• Ensure all shared content and assets are legally owned or licensed
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account access provided

5. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made as per agreed invoice terms (typically 7–14 days)
• Late payments may result in work being paused until balance is cleared
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless agreed in writing
• Ad spend budgets are separate from our management fees

6. No Guarantee of Results

We apply proven, data-driven strategies to deliver the best possible outcomes. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or ROI. Results may vary due to market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. Rising Star Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rising Star Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of revenue or profits, or changes made by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately if terms are violated, payments are overdue, or misuse is detected.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information, strategies, and data confidential during and after the engagement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
